Due to high demand and limited funding, OCVRP will be open for a short time in 2026. Vehicles must be purchased or leased August 25, 2026, through November 4, 2026, to qualify. Any vehicles purchased or leased prior to August 25, 2026, while the program was suspended, are NOT eligible to apply for Oregon Clean Vehicle Rebates. Purchases or leases made after November 4, 2026, will not be eligible for Oregon Clean Vehicle Rebates. Applicants will be placed on waitlist if rebate funds are depleted.
